MENSAGEM RECEBIDA DO SENHOR JAIME FELIZ, ACTIVISTA ANGOLANO DE DIREITOS HUMANOS

Caros colegas

Todas ONG,S que trabalham em direitos humanos.

Eu sou activista de Direitos humanos,sou coordenador da Rede de protecçao e promoçao dos direitos da criança no Municipio do cacuaco,em Luanda,dia 15 de Abril do corrente ano fomos convocados por S/Excia senhor Vice Administrador Municipal,para fazermos parte do seminario sobre o combate a delinquencia juvenil,cujo acto foi presidido por sua Excia senhora Vice Governadora de Luanda,para area social.

Porém nas intervençoes tidas,eu na qualidade de coordenador Municipal da rede criança,em como neste mesmo dia houve morte de certos delinquentes nestas comunidades de Kicolo,e fomos indagados pelas familias afectadas,coloquei a questao na plenaria,tendo em contas que o nosso ordenamento juridico nao preve a morte,que fosse encontrado outro modelo de reeducar os delinquentes,que sao na sua maioria adolescentes em conflito com a lei,

Mas o meu grande espanto é que na madrugada de dia 16 de abril,recebi um telefonema,que me alerta em como o senhor coordenador do Bairro estava procurando o endereço da minha casa,,,,
para que fins ele está procurando minha casa,nao revelou,questao que periga assim a minha integridade fisica,pelo que apelo aos colegas agirem em apoio solidario com esta perseguiçao.

que passem a mensagem para outras entidades de direitos humanos,como maos livres,AJPD, e outros divulguem esta mensagem para que os seus intentos sejam neutralizados.

Contactei,ja administraçao comunal,nao encontrei o segundo comandante da divisao que esteve neste encontro, nem sua Excia o Sr Vice administrador do Municipio.

Como é obvio neste nosso pais,tudo pode acontecer,peço aos colegas,um grande apoio.

We appeal to all in order to make his cry public, we appeal to all to post his message at magazines, newspapers, web sites, blogs, twitter and so on. And please, spread his message around your contacts. If you have the opportunity please call and e-mail Mr Jaime Felix and show your support and care.

Dear Colegues

To all NGO´s who work on human rights issues

I am an activist of human rights, I am the coordinator of the "Rede de protecçao e promoçao dos direitos da criança no Municipio do cacuaco - Network for Promotion and Protection of Child Rights of the Municipality of Cacuaco (Luanda, Angola)".

At 15 of April of the present year we were convoked by His Excelency the Vice Administrator of the Municipality in order to take part in a seminar on the issue of fighting criminal youth, a seminar chaired by His Excellency the Vice Governor of Luanda for the social issues.

At the moment of my intervention, I in the quality of my role of municipality coordinator of the Child Network, and aware that in that same day there was the death of certain criminals in these communities of Kikolo, and having been questioned by the affected families [of the killed ones], I spoke up at by presenting a question to the present, in the light that the current justice system of Angola does not allow penalty of death, I asked for another model to educate the criminals, which are in majority teenagers in conflict with the law.

But, to my up most admiration, in the down of the April 16 I received a phone call alerting me that the Mr Coordinator of my Neighbourhood was looking for my house address... to what purposes was he looking for my house, the person did not revealed. This is a matter that now puts my life in danger, that is why I am appealing to my colleagues to act in solidarity support in regard to this pursuit.

I request you to spread this message to other human rights organisations, such as "Mãos Livres -Free hands", AJPD, and others so that they to spread this message in order to neutralise the bad intentions toward my person.

I have already contacted the local administration (comunal). I haven´t found the second commander of this division who was at the meeting [of April 15], nor have I found His Excelency the Vice Administrator of the Municipality.

It is obvious that in this country of ours anything can happen, so I ask you colleagues in human rights a great support.
